Lenstec has established a wealth of experience within the company and the Lenstec board consists of:

Ted Arbuthnot - Company Chairman
One of the original founders of Lenstec with over 35 years in retail optics supports the board room with a drive for professionalism and focus on Lenstec delivering quality to the retail sector whilst retaining a main focus on retail optics.

Nigel Castle - Managing Director
32 years within the Industry with a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Production. Leads from the front and provides hands on support to the leading production systems. Supports all key areas of the business and has lead the growth and development of Lenstec since 1987.

Martin Burroughs - Sales Director
25 years experience in Sales and relationship building and embraces the company’s philosophy of meeting our customers on a regular basis on a personal level with a focus on building long term relationships.

Gez Donovan - Finance Director
Formerly Managing Director of TANT Laboratories, Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), 20 years senior finance and operational management roles in manufacturing, retail and financial services. Gez strengthens the Lenstec board from 6th September 2010.

Roy Wilkinson - General Manager
20 years experience within a busy production environment and responsible for the day to day running of both production facilities.

Richard Sewell - Financial Accountant
A wealth of hands on experience of finance management and is responsible for financial and production IT systems and management of the finance team.

Matthew Maguire, Sales Manager Wales and the West
Matthew has a wealth of knowledge in the Lenstec production system. Matthew previously held the post of Lens Production Manager for 8 years before developing his role as Sales Manager.

Management Team
Reporting to the board are a tightly knit, well trained management team with long standing experience within the optical industry.
